Our client for this project is TATA, where we support workforce accommodation and day-to-day residential operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our residential facility in Hosur. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the property while maintaining resident satisfaction, safety, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hostel/accommodation operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the premises.
• Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain attendance, occupancy, and visitor records.
• Monitor food services and overall resident experience.
• Report operational updates and escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager.
• Support smooth onboarding and accommodation allocation for residents.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle residents and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to stay on-site and work in shifts if required.
• Prior experience in hostel, facility, operations, or residential management will be an added advantage.
