Job Description
Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, software walkthroughs, or equipment demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' pain pointsDiscovery & Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Account Executives to run discovery calls, understand the client's technical/business requirements, and evaluate system compatibilityProposal Development: Write the technical portions of sales proposals, help build financial business cases, and draft implementation plans.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Set up, manage, and troubleshoot trials or PoCs to help clients test products in their own environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the "voice of the customer," relaying feedback, feature requests, and technical challenges to internal product and engineering teams.
Customer Training & Support: Assist with pre-sales and post-sales technical troubleshooting, product education, and customer onboarding. Ph no: 9042058168
