Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and enhance client relationships at our Netaji Bhawan branch. The role involves delivering exceptional service, driving sales of banking products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products (accounts, loans, insurance, investments)
• Achieve sales targets for various banking products and services
• Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Cross-sell and up-sell bank products based on customer profiling
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with customer-centric approach
• Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services
