Job Description: Picker, Packer & Unloader (Blinkit)Role: Warehouse Associate
Location: Blinkit Warehouse / Dark Store
- Salary & CompensationMonthly Salary: ₹13,000
- Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 (Performance & Attendance based)
- Statutory Benefits: PF (Provident Fund) + ESIC (Medical Insurance)
Shift Timings (Rotational)Candidates must be flexible to work in any of the following shifts:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Day Shift: 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Working Hours: 9 hours (including break) | 6 days a week
- Key ResponsibilitiesUnloading: Receiving and unloading stock from delivery vehicles.
- Picking: Retrieving products from shelves accurately using a handheld device.
- Packing: Scanning and securely packing items for customer orders.
- Stock Management: Keeping the warehouse organized and updating inventory.
- RequirementsEducation: Minimum 10th Pass.
- Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details.
- Availability: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts as mentioned above.
