Hiring & Talent Acquisition Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Hiring & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes to attract qualified candidates aligned with company requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
