Back Office Assistant

We are looking for a Back Office Admin Executive to handle administrative, documentation, and coordination work for our Real Estate and Restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling office work, coordinating with clients and staff, and supporting daily business operations.

Restaurant Work

Maintain daily sales and

expense records.

Prepare staff attendance and salary records.

Maintain supplier bills and purchase records.

Coordinate with kitchen and management staff.

Maintain stock and purchase records.

Assist in license and document maintenance.

Real Estate Work

Maintain property files and customer records.

Prepare booking forms,agreements, and payment schedules.

Follow up with customers regarding payments and documents.

Maintain flat inventory and availability records.

Coordinate with sales team and clients.

Maintain demand letters and payment records.
