Job description

Answering the phone and providing basic information about restaurant services and operating hours, or assisting with the scheduling of reservations

Accepting Online orders

Welcoming guests, assisting in seating them, serving them water, and delivering food and mocktails from the kitchen.

Gathering ratings from the customer

Guiding guests through the menu and taking orders

Rolling and replacing cutlery as required

Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, cutlery, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.

Directing guests to the location of the restrooms

Preparing mocktails.

Serving the guests on the plates as required

Clearing tables as guests finish their meals and preparing them for the next guests.

Complying with all safety and sanitation procedures

Assisting kitchen staff with the preparation of simple dishes, such as food packaging

Assisting with unloading and storing stock.

Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.

Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Food Delivery to the nearby area as needed
