Job Description

Maintain daily accounting entries and vouchers

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST filing

Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance

Support monthly financial reports and audits

Track vendor payments and customer outstanding balances

Maintain Tally/ERP accounting records

Assist senior accountant/finance manager in documentation

Manage petty cash and expense reports

Coordinate with purchase and sales departments for billing
