Position: Client Coordinator

Eligibility: 0 - 2 years (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Office Location: Modern Profound Tech Park, Ground Floor, Lane Opp. Google, Whitefields, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500084

Employment Type: Day Shift

Industry: IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up status.
• Conduct client training sessions, product demos, and pricing discussions.
• Follow up with leads and support client onboarding processes.
• Update and manage client data using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Coordinate with clients to address queries and provide timely support.
• Track sales progress and maintain accurate communication records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation of client requirements and activities
• Support business operations through effective coordination and communication

Required Skills:

• Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
• Additional language proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle client coordination and follow-ups professionally.
