Job Description

Designation:- Business Development Executive (BDE)


Reporting to:- Business Development Manager (BDM)/ Management

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and promote MH Enterprise products. 
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling/visits and phone calls to regular and new customers
  • To update opportunities and daily management through CRM
  • Keep technical knowledge up to date of related products
  • Understand technical specifications of products and offer consultative solutions
  • Support the BDM to convince customer for sale of quality products
  • Attend and drive commercial negotiations along with BDM. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (end users, lab managers, scientists, procurement heads, etc.)
  • Follow up with customers for orders and payments
  • To work on active cases, co-ordinate with BDM to generate new enquiries and ultimately achieve Annual target.
  • To coordinate with service team for installation and services to customers

Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Degree:- M.Sc. / B.Sc. / Degree / Diploma in Engineering. (Technology / Electronics / Instrumentation), MBA-Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in handling Laboratory Instruments sales. Experience of atleast 1 year will be preferred
  • The candidate should be sincere, hardworking and target oriented
  • The candidate should have excellent English, Hindi & Telugu communication skills
  • Ability to travel and meet customers within assigned territory
  • Learn and improve technical and commercial knowledge continuously for effective product selling
  • Looking for opportunities to build strong relationship with customers
