Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by generating high-quality leads, acquiring new clients, and closing deals for our software development services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT/software sales and a strong ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references)
  • Identify new business opportunities and bring in software development projects
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.)
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and successfully close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth project execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales cycle
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in handling domestic and international clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and software technologies
  • Experience in B2B sales
