RESPONSIBILITIES ;
.Manage a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support
.Resolve customer complaints bought to your attention
.Create polices & procedures
.Plan the training & standartization of service delivery
.Manage inbound & outbond customer calls in a timely manager
.Identify customer needs and wants ,clarifying information whenever possible
