Job Description
The Client Relationship Executive (B2C) is responsible for engaging with individual customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales and service process. The role focuses on building customer relationships, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with potential and existing customers to explain products/services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for B2C sales inquiries.
• Convert leads into successful sales by addressing customer queries.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and issue resolution.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and follow-up reports.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
