Job Description

 Key Responsibilities


* Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of collection executives.

* Monitor daily collection activities and recovery performance.

* Allocate accounts and collection cases among team members.

* Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.

* Track delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies.

* Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate repayment plans.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations.

* Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Customer Service teams for effective recovery.
