Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Service

Bijliride is a pioneering electric two-wheeler rental startup committed to delivering sustainable,
convenient, and cost-effective mobility solutions. We provide electric two-wheelers on rent along with
24/7 battery delivery, battery swapping, and breakdown assistance services.
Our mission is to redefine urban commuting through eco-friendly transportation solutions while
ensuring excellent customer experience and service support.
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive – Service to handle
customer service requests, breakdown support coordination, battery-related queries, and issue
resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a
customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Support
. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to vehicle service, breakdown assistance,
battery issues, and general support queries.
. Provide timely and professional responses to customer concerns.
. Ensure smooth resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
2. Breakdown & Service Coordination
. Coordinate with technicians and operations teams for vehicle breakdown support and service
requests.
. Track service status and update customers regularly.
. Ensure quick turnaround time for issue resolution.
3. Battery & Vehicle Support
. Guide customers regarding battery swapping, charging, and vehicle usage.
. Assist customers in resolving minor operational issues over calls.
. Escalate technical issues to the concerned service team when required.
4. CRM & Reporting
. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM
system.
. Prepare daily reports on service requests and customer feedback.
5. Customer Satisfaction
. Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely support.
. Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
. 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or call center roles.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
. Experience in EV, automobile, logistics, or rental industry is an added advantage.
. Multilingual communication skills preferred (English, Hindi, Telugu).
