Dental Inventory Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor inventory of dental materials, instruments, and consumables.
• Track stock levels, expiry dates, and usage of dental products.
• Ensure timely ordering and restocking of dental supplies.
• Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to understand daily material requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Manage supplier communications and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of dental materials according to clinic standards.
• Monitor cost control and minimize wastage.

Requirements

• Dental background preferred (Dental assistant, dental technician, or experience in a dental clinic).
• Knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and consumables.
• Experience in inventory management or store handling.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting / Dental Technology / Healthcare Management.
• Experience working in dental clinics, dental hospitals, or dental supply companies.
