Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain and promote Health Insurance, Term Insurance, and Loan products.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain daily call logs and follow-up details.
  • Provide excellent customer support and handle queries professionally.
  • 🔸 RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
  • Experience in telecalling, sales, insurance, or loans is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
