Job Description
Job Title: Export Documentation Executive
Location: ABIDS, Hyderabad Region
5-3-496, Top Khana Rd, Opposite Osmangunj, Gaffar Hussain Complex, Malakunta, Feelkhana, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500012
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage export and import documentation.
Handle shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and shipping bills.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain proper records of all export and import transactions.
Follow up with internal teams and clients for smooth shipment processing.
Eligibility:
Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import documentation.
Knowledge of export documentation and import documentation processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
