Job Description
Operations Head – Aviation AcademyWe are looking for an experienced Operations Head to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Aviation Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the aviation, cabin crew, airline, airport operations, or aviation training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall daily operations of the academy.
- Lead and coordinate teams including Admissions, Counselling, Academics, Trainers, and Student Support.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and operational processes.
- Monitor student enrolment, attendance, progress, discipline, and overall experience.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with aviation industry partners and support placement initiatives.
- Monitor team performance and prepare operational reports for management.
- Resolve operational and student-related issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Aviation, Cabin Crew, Airline Operations, Airport Operations, or Aviation Training.
- Experience in managing operations in an aviation academy will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the aviation and cabin crew industry.
