HR Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role involves handling HR operations efficiently while ensuring adherence to company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Conduct interviews for walk-in candidates
• Handle salary negotiations and finalize compensation

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate and conduct employee induction programs
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
• Manage joining formalities, including document verification (educational certificates, relieving letters, pay slips, etc.)

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Maintain a positive work environment and employee relations

4. Attendance & Leave Management

• Handle employee attendance systems and leave records
• Create login IDs for attendance and manage related data

5. HR Operations

• Issue ID cards and coordinate with support staff
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Generate and manage HR reports and official letters

6. Statutory Compliance

• Handle ESI, PF, PT, and other statutory compliances
• Create and manage UAN for PF, including KYC updates
• Register employees under ESIC and maintain records with KYC updates
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations related to employee welfare
• Key Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (preferred)
