HR Manager

• HR Manager – Key Responsibilities,

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory compliance
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
• Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflicts professionally
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
• Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and reports
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Manage employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
• Ensure workplace discipline, ethics, health, and safety standards
• Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication

Work Details:

·     Salary Package: ₹ 30,000 - 35,000.

·     Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

·     Working Days: 6 days a week, No cab facility.

·     Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Near Prakash Nagar Metro Station).
