Job Title: HR Recruiter (WFH + Field Recruitment)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) + Field Recruitment

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both Blue Collar and White Collar positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing and industrial hiring, be proficient in sourcing candidates through multiple job portals, and be comfortable with field recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar and White Collar roles.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, employee referrals, social media, and other hiring channels.

Recruit candidates for ITI, Diploma, Graduate, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles.

Conduct telephonic screening, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Organize and participate in field recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.

Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Strong experience in hiring Blue Collar and White Collar employees.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, Apna, Job Hai, and WorkIndia.

Experience in hiring ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and Manufacturing professionals.

Excellent sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment MIS, and applicant tracking.

Ability to work independently in a WFH + Field environment.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
