Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and on boarding
- Utilize job portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract candidates
- Maintain employee records and applicant tracking systems with accuracy
- Provide day-to-day HR support on policies, benefits, and employee queries
- Organize employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee salary records, deductions, and benefits tracking.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and related regulations
- Maintain salary records, ledger entries, and financial transactions
- Support basic accounting functions including record-keeping and reconciliation
