Job Description

Daily Site Visits

  • Visit 3 sites regularly to monitor attendance, discipline, and HR issues.

Attendance Management

  • Monitor absenteeism and punctuality.

PF & ESI Compliance

  • Enroll eligible employees in PF and ESI schemes.
  • Ensure timely deductions and deposits.
  • Maintain audit-ready statutory records.

Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for worker concerns.
  • Address issues related to wages, facilities, and safety.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to senior HR.

Safety & Welfare Oversight

  • Ensure PPE usage and adherence to site safety protocols.
  • Accomidation
  • Document and report incidents/accidents.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain Aadhaar, PAN, PF/ESI records, wage registers, and statutory filings.

Reporting

  • Submit daily attendance and site HR observations.
