HR Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees (especially project-based manpower).

Handle employee onboarding & documentation (ID proofs, educational certificates, bank details, etc.).

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs for salary processing.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Labour Laws, etc.).

Address employee queries related to HR policies, salaries, and workplace issues.

Support contract employee management and maintain agreements.

Assist in performance tracking and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with internal departments for manpower requirements.

Ensure proper exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Oversee day-to-day project operations, especially for field activities (e.g., exam processes, scanning, logistics).

Manage and supervise field staff, supervisors, and support staff.

Track and report daily progress, productivity, and issues.

Coordinate with project team for manpower planning and deployment.

Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software

Ability to handle bulk hiring and field-level employees
