Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products (e.g. rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches)
- Explain product features, benefits, metal types, gemstones, care instructions, and pricing
- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual and store targets
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewellery pieces
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle returns, exchanges, and service requests in line with company policy
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including stock counts and security checks
- Keep up to date with new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future sales and referrals
