Marketing, Branding & Business Development Executive

Royal Cosmetics is a leading cosmetic manufacturing company with manufacturing facilities in India and China, specializing in private label and contract manufacturing for domestic and international beauty brands. We are looking for a smart, creative, and business-oriented professional who can represent our company, build our brand, generate new business opportunities, and manage our complete marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website and coordinate with web developers.
• Handle Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms with regular content planning and posting.
• Design banners, brochures, catalogues, presentations, emailers, and other marketing materials.
• Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and online research.
• Send company profiles, product catalogues, quotations, and follow up with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (Client PR) with excellent communication and timely follow-ups.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international B2B exhibitions.
• Design exhibition booths, coordinate with stall fabricators, and manage branding materials.
• Represent Royal Cosmetics at exhibitions by confidently presenting the company's products and manufacturing capabilities to visitors.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer requirements.
• Assist in branding initiatives and maintain a premium corporate image across all platforms.
• Stay updated with cosmetics industry trends, new product developments (NPD), packaging innovations, and competitor products.
• Work closely with the R&D team to support new product development and effectively present product concepts to clients.

Skills Required

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of website management, digital marketing, and social media.
• Knowledge of the cosmetics industry, private label manufacturing, and NPD is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and domestic/international B2B exhibitions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
