Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Payroll Processing
o Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
o Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, arrears, and deductions accurately.
o Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
· Statutory Compliance & Reporting
o Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns.
o Ensure timely payment of statutory liabilities (PF, ESI, TDS, PT).
o Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll-related compliance.
· Data Management
o Maintain accurate payroll records and employee master data.
o Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
o Coordinate with HR for new hires, exits, and changes in salary structure.
