Job Opening: Deputy Sales Manager / Senior Key Relationship Officer / Key Relationship Officer

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience and currently employed
  • Experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, or Lending products through open market/field/direct sales
  • Good CIBIL score
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days preferred

Role-Specific Requirements:

  • Deputy Sales Manager (DSM):
  • Minimum 1 year in the current organization
  • Incentives earned in at least the last 6 months (mandatory)
  • Senior Key Relationship Officer (SKRO) / Key Relationship Officer (KRO):
  • Incentives earned in at least the last 3 months (mandatory)
