Field Sales Executive – Packaged Drinking Water (RIVA)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

About the Role:

RIVA is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base across Hyderabad. The role involves generating new business, managing distributor and retailer relationships, and increasing product availability in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, offices, and institutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Visit customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the operations team for smooth deliveries.
• Follow up on payments and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/Beverage experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
