Job Description
Key Responsibilities.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain patient medical records and nursing documentation.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and healthcare procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and infection-control standards in the ward or clinic.
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care and discharge planning.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Required Qualifications.
- Diploma / B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification.
- Valid nursing registration/license.
