System Administrator

Role Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and support business applications, coordinate with software vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain applications such as Wylto, Daitsbree (or similar business applications), and other enterprise software.

Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.

Execute and manage campaigns through the supported platforms.

Adopt, configure, and support software solutions such as vSparked.

Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external software vendors.

Coordinate with customer support teams of software providers to resolve application and technical issues.

Track incidents, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.

Serve as a bridge between management, technical teams, and operational staff.

Provide user support, training, and guidance on software applications.

Maintain system documentation and process records.

Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Strong technical background with knowledge of system administration and application support.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to coordinate with vendors and customer support teams.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with enterprise applications, user management, and software deployment is preferred.
