Maple Tax Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to expand our client base for U.S. Tax and Accounting services. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, conduct outbound calls, explain our services, and convert prospects into long-term clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and online platforms.
• Contact prospective clients to introduce the firm's U.S. tax and accounting services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate tax solutions.
• Schedule consultations with tax professionals.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients until conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the tax preparation team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
