About the Role

Salon Shastra Talent Solutions is building South India’s most trusted recruitment platform for the salon industry.

We are looking for Recruitment Executives who can source, counsel, and guide salon professionals toward the right job opportunities.

This role requires strong communication, candidate counselling ability, and recruitment coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities• Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, and referrals

• Speak with salon professionals (stylists, beauticians, therapists, managers)

• Understand candidate experience, skills, and career goals

• Counsel candidates about job roles, salary expectations, and work culture

• Conduct initial screening calls

• Coordinate interviews with salon owners

• Maintain candidate data in CRM / tracking sheets

• Follow up with candidates until joining is completed

• Support candidates during onboarding and early work days

Skills Required✔ Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Telugu preferred)

✔ Ability to counsel and guide job seekers

✔ Confidence in phone communication

✔ Basic recruitment or HR experience preferred

✔ Organized and disciplined with follow-ups

✔ Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or CRM tools

Your job is to guide salon professionals through the recruitment process, explain job opportunities, and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and salon owners.

Key Responsibilities• Speak with candidates who applied for salon jobs

• Counsel candidates about career opportunities in the salon industry

• Explain job roles, salaries, and growth opportunities

• Schedule interviews with salon owners

• Coordinate Google Meet interviews and trials

• Follow up with candidates until joining

• Maintain candidate records and status updates

• Help resolve candidate concerns before joining
