Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller to generate leads for our software services. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our IT/software solutions, and converting prospects into qualified leads for the sales team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients from provided data or self-generated leads
  • Introduce and explain the company’s software products and services clearly
  • Identify customer needs and generate interest in our offerings
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/Excel
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets
  • Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in English & regional language (Telugu/Hindi preferred)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of software/IT services (training will be provided)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
