Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective patients and educate them on available cancer care services.

Handle inbound inquiries and guide patients through the consultation booking process.

Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential patients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to consultation.

Collaborate with marketing and patient care teams to refine outreach strategies.

Handle objections and provide solutions to patients' concerns in a compassionate manner.



Qualifications & Skills:


  • 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with patients and caregivers.
  • Experience with CRM tools and call management software preferred.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance goals.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or patient coordination is a plus.
