Telesales Executive

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team at Prinshine Enterprises. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium headlight restoration chemical solutions to automobile workshops, garages, car detailing centers, fleet operators, and retail distributors across the India. This is a high-growth opportunity in the fast-expanding automotive aftercare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers — auto workshops, detailing studios, spare parts dealers, and fleet owners

• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activity

• Follow up on leads generated via tele-calling

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 year experience in sales (B2B / B2C)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing ability

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to earn through incentives

• Basic knowledge of the automobile or chemical industry is a plus
