Job Description
Academic Coordinator – Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Academic Incharge to oversee and manage all academic activities of the institution. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the academic calendar, including scheduling examinations, supervising paper setting, coordinating corrections, and ensuring timely result processing.
The Academic Incharge will regularly monitor lesson delivery, check students’ notebooks, and ensure that teaching standards are maintained. They will provide constructive feedback to teachers to improve classroom performance and support continuous professional development.
The role also involves addressing academic concerns raised by parents, handling complaints in a professional manner, and ensuring effective communication between the school and parents.
Additionally, the candidate should ensure proper implementation of the curriculum, maintain discipline in academic processes, and work towards improving overall student performance and academic excellence.
