Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Academic Counsellor with experience in IT Programs Training counselling to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students about training programs, handling admissions counselling, and coordinating batch formations through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and explain IT training programs and career opportunities.
• Interact with students through calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students for admissions and batch formation.
• Maintain regular communication with leads and ensure timely conversions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training courses.
• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batch schedules.
• Maintain student databases and counselling records.
• Achieve admission and counselling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling / IT Training Counselling.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in handling student enquiries and admissions.
• Ability to perform regular follow-ups through phone calls and messages.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT courses/training programs is preferred.

Language Requirements:

Must be fluent in:

• English
• Telugu
• Hindi
