Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities while supporting general office administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Process vendor payments and customer collections.
Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Generate periodic financial reports and management statements.
Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
Office Administration
Handle general office correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement requirements.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR activities such as attendance records, employee documentation, and payroll coordination.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
