Job Description
- Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending or overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers to collect outstanding dues within assigned timelines.
- Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements when required.
- Address customer queries related to outstanding balances and payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues.
- Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Previous experience in collections, telecalling, customer service, or BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
