Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Consultant to join our education consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales through outbound calls and managing relationships with prospective clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales for our education consultancy services

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication

* Follow up on leads and ensure all opportunities are pursued to closure

* Provide outstanding customer service to clients and act as a point of contact for any queries they may have

* Collaborate with our education consultancy team to develop sales strategies and tactics

* Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a telesales consultant or similar role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

* Good knowledge of the education sector and the issues facing it

* Self-motivated and able to work independently

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

* Educated to degree level or equivalent
