Admission Officer

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for education? AHZ, a leading educational consultancy firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Manager for our Hyderabad Branch.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between students and partner institutions, providing accurate and timely information regarding admission requirements, programs offered, and application procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions to facilitate smooth admission processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting their applications, including reviewing documents, providing guidance on essay writing, and ensuring all requirements are met.
• Coordinate with university officials to schedule interviews, exams, and other admission-related activities as required.
• Keep abreast of changes in admission requirements, visa regulations, and other relevant information to provide up-to-date guidance to students.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of student applications, admissions, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract students to our partner institutions.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and other events to promote our services and build relationships with potential students and partner institutions.
