Job Title: Advocate

Experience: 2-6 years
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advocate to join our legal team. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting documents, representing clients, and providing legal advice.
- Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, agreements, and notices
- Handle cases related to civil, criminal, and/or corporate matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Attend court hearings (DRT, District Court, High Court, etc.)
- Interact with clients and provide legal guidance
- Maintain case files and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and laws
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client-handling and negotiation skills
- Qualifications:LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- Enrollment with Bar Council is mandatory
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in DRT matters
- Exposure to civil, criminal, or family law
- Good command of English and local language
