Job Description:
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and skilled Lawyer to join our team. The candidate should have practical exposure to handling legal matters and be capable of managing cases independently as well as supporting senior advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases related to DRT, Civil, Criminal, and Family matters
- Draft legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Communicate with clients and provide legal guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams for case updates and documentation
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience as an Advocate
- Experience in DRT matters is preferred
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally
- Good knowledge of legal procedures and court practices
Qualification:
- LLB / LLM
Salary:
- As per industry standards
