Advocate

Aspera Technology Private Limited (The GSTco) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Advocate to manage GST registrations and Virtual Place of Business (VPOB) services. The role involves handling legal documentation, compliance, and coordination with government authorities and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle GST registration, amendments, and compliance-related documentation
• Manage registrations and filings
• Execute and manage Virtual Place of Business (VPOB) documentation and compliance
• Draft, review, and verify agreements, affidavits, and legal documents
• Coordinate with government departments for approvals and registrations
• Provide legal support and guidance to clients on compliance matters
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned legal and registration work
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all cases
• Work closely with operations team for client servicing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – mandatory
• Enrollment with State Bar Council
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in GST, registrations, or compliance
• Knowledge of GST laws, registration processes, and local compliance
• Strong drafting, documentation, and communication skills
• Based in Telangana or willing to relocate
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Experience in GST or compliance service firms will be an added advantage
