JOB PROFILE
Job Title: Analyst / Associate – Client Solutions
Location: Hyderabad
Qualifications
Graduate / post graduate, MBA – Marketing / Data Management / Finance, Civil Engg, Architecture, Urban planning, or any other relevant post graduate degree in Mathematics / Economics / consulting related fields
Experience required:
Work experience in a job that helps in understanding basics of marketing, data analytics, finance and extensive work on MS Excel and MS PPT
Experience in real estate / consulting or other related fields would be a plus but not mandatory
1-2 years or more years of experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or any other strategic roles would be ideal, freshers are ok but should demonstrate excellence in analyzing, interpreting data in excel, ppt, design thinking
Competencies
• MS Office expertise – should be excellent with powerpoint, excel and word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem Solving ability
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively present information
• Ability to manage databases and data analytics
• Experience in preparing dashboards in PowerBI and working with any data visualization tools would be an added advantage
Experience with data visualization would be a plus
Job Summary
The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, coordination with internal/external stakeholders and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Support client deliverables through detailed market research and data analysis across APAC markets, including Global Capability Center (GCC) trends and occupier strategies
• Develop insightful, client-ready presentations by translating complex data into clear, actionable outputs
• Assist in strategic assignments including market assessments, portfolio reviews, benchmarking studies, location analytics, and GCC advisory
• Build and manage financial models, scenario analyses, and comparative assessments to support decision-making
• Analyze GCC location dynamics including talent availability, cost benchmarking, and ecosystem maturity across key APAC markets
• Coordinate with cross-border APAC teams to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure consistency across deliverables
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless execution of mandates
• Ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and timeliness across all outputs
• Track market trends, occupier activity, GCC expansions, supply-demand dynamics, and key transactions across APAC markets
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and knowledge repositories to enable data-driven advisory
• Support preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and business development collaterals, including GCC-focused pursuits
• Assist senior team members in structuring client insights, storytelling, and recommendation frameworks
• Drive standardization and automation of reports/templates to improve efficiency and scalability
• Conduct competitor and peer benchmarking analysis, including GCC footprint comparisons
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support on ongoing mandates, GCC strategy discussions, and leadership requests
