Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Continuously monitor system health and performance to anticipate potential problems before they impact operations.
- Assist in the development and improvement of monitoring processes and tools to enhance system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Event Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system alerts and logs effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple system components.
- Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures.
- Experience in maintaining and optimizing monitoring configurations for better system visibility.

Additional Information:
