About the Role
The Design Loft is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This is an execution-focused role involving coordination between clients, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor interior execution projects from start to finish.
• Visit project sites regularly to supervise work quality, progress, and adherence to drawings.
• Act as a point of contact for clients during the execution phase and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure that execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions whenever required.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges with practical, on-site solutions.
• Track project timelines and help ensure timely completion.
• Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–2 years of experience in architecture or interior execution.
• Good understanding of interior construction and materials.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp and MS Office is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Hyderabad as required.
