Job Description

 Strong analytical skills for data & presentation& ResponsibilitiesManage and handle franchisees within the assigned territory Supervise Sales & operational staffs at franchise level  Guide franchise partners to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and channelpartners Plan and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion Understand the company sales process and ensure the sales team followsand deliver the same Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management  Support franchisees in marketing and customer engagement activities Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetratio
